EDF Energy has appointed Archibald Ingall Stretton to handle its consolidated UK direct and digital account after a final pitch against Euro RSCG KLP and the incumbent MBA.
British Gas Business has hired OgilvyOne to promote the launch of a new initiative to encourage customers to become more energy efficient. The agency, which already works on direct marketing briefs for the main British Gas brand, won the account after a two-way pitch.
EDF Energy has called a review of its direct marketing account with a view to consolidating the business into a single agency. The energy supplier currently uses a roster of agencies, including Proximity and Maher Bird Associates. The review is being handled by MCCA.
