Pro-euro pressure group Britain In Europe has recruited Simon
Buckby, social affairs correspondent on the Financial Times, to be its
new campaign manager (PR Week, 19 March). Buckby will report to a
cross-party board chaired by Lord Marshall. He will promote UK
