Ambient advertising can be a tricky medium to get right. Many campaigns miss the mark strategically and creatively and end up serving as little more than poor 'add-ons' for trade PR, rather than an integral channel in a major campaign.

Flextech s recent shuffle of their UK channels took me a little
by surprise. I had got used to finding my channels on Sky s digibox by
channel number rather than by the EPG, so imagine my frustration when I
punched in the channel number for UK Arena only to find that it was
unavailable .

masthead - white out of blue - gives the paper a more confident tone.
