Jay Pond-Jones, the former creative director of Bates Dorland and GGT, has been hired by HHCL & Partners to be its fifth creative director. Pond-Jones will work alongside Steve Henry, Axel Chaldecott, Alan Young and Pete Kirby. He starts on 1 February.
