The public was sceptical about the relevance of the new Cadbury Flake ad, though many found it beautiful and mysterious.

"I didn't really know what it was until the end," said Holly, a sales assistant.  "it was a bit irrelevant."

Charleen, a salesperson, and Amanda, a nurse, thought it was a hair care ad.
