EA Sports 'love football, play football' by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam

The footballer Wayne Rooney stars in the new EA Sports ad for Fifa 12, which launched during the half-time interval of the recent Premier League match between Manchester United and Arsenal.

Dressed in his United kit, the striker appears as a giant version of himself facing a frightened goalkeeper from the penalty spot.

The ad, which was created by Wieden & Kennedy Amsterdam, also features in-game footage. It was written by Zach Watkins, art directed by Craig Williams, and directed by Henry-Alex Rubin through Smuggler.
