Lactofree 'listen up hedgehogs' by Wieden & Kennedy

3.2 2 Votes

Wieden & Kennedy has created a spot for Lactofree that breaks during Coronation Street today (Thursday).

The 20- and 30-second TV ads were shot by the Mighty Boosh director Paul King and star hedgehogs (because hedgehogs are lactose intolerant).

The hedgehogs are filmed exploring a supermarket stocked with miniature products, and in addition there are "dream sequences" showing what a hedgehog would wish for in a lactose-free world.

The ad was created by Holly Newton and the production company was Stink, with post-production by The Mill. The director of photography was Pete Ellmore, and the editor was Julian Tranquille through Cut & Run.
