Steinway & Sons 'piano for peace' by DDB Tribal Düsseldorf

4.0 1 Votes

DDB Tribal Düsseldorf has created a microsite, www.pianoforpeace.com, for Steinway & Sons that allows people to virtually play a piano in the hotel room where John Lennon and Yoko Ono staged their "bed-in".

To commemorate the event, people can compose their own peace song on the site. On 26 March, the anniversary of the bed-in, the songs were played on a special-edition piano in the suite that Lennon and Ono stayed in.

The work was written by Michael Schilling and Tobias Hecking, and art directed by Fabian Jung, Christian Bültmann and Nadim Habib.
