Renault "now with windows" by Publicis

4.0 2 Votes

Publicis has created a press ad for Renault’s two-seater electric car, the Twizy, highlighting the fact that you can now buy the vehicle with windows. The Twizy was launched in April 2012 but was only available with open sides. Now, Renault is offering the optional extra of windows for the UK market.

The press ad, which first appeared in the tech magazine T3, references Renault’s French heritage, as well as the car’s silence, by using an image of a Marcel Marceau-type mime with his face squashed against a pane of glass.

The strapline reads: "Renault Twizy. Now with windows."

The ad was written by Paul Miles and art directed by Adam Staples, with photography by Mark Wesley.
