Viking, the lawnmower manufacturer, has launched a new TV spot for the release of a new mower. The ad, created by Publicis Conseil, is a funny spot highlighting the performance and longevity of the product. It follows the death of an old man stuck to his lawnmower while mowing his garden, which puts his whole family into a spot of bother with the funeral arrangements. Publicis Conseil aims to conduct an integrated campaign and to create word of mouth around the brand by broadcasting the video on the internet.
