Set to The Cure's 'Inbetween Days', a couple are on holiday in Italy (it's a Fiat after all) and the boyfriend, much to the girl's dismay, falls asleep. By throwing the car around, she tries increasingly bumpy measures to wake him: driving near builders, taking sharp turns and going down steps, but nothing works. It's only when she pulls over and starts checking out a handsome local that her boyfriend wakes up and gives her the keep-your-eyes-on-the-road "Oi". Fresh with a nice twist, it definitely has some spirit. Media planning and buying is by MediaVest. The campaign was art directed and written by Angus Macadam and Paul Jordan, and directed by Steve Reeves through Another Film Company.
