Disabled Sports Foundation 'Metro' by Van Walbeek Etcetera

0.0 0 Votes

The Disabled Sports Foundation has launched a television advertising campaign with the message that sport can help disabled people to live their life much more easily. Created by Van Walbeek Etcetera, part of DDB/Worldwide, the spot shows a girl with no legs in a wheelchair start to wheel herself down the stairs at a Metro station. She then goes on to carry out some daring acrobatics and bar moves. The girl eventually swings back into her chair and ironically checks her hand for injuries. The agency aims to make people aware that sports for disabled people is not just recreation, but most of all a necessity to cope with everyday barriers.
