BHF 'beat' by Farm

3.2 13 Votes

The British Heart Foundation is urging overweight Britons to get physical in a new TV campaign.

The activity is based on the results of a survey that claims only 38% of respondents would be motivated to do more exercise if their life depended on it.

The YouGov survey of 2,154 UK adults also said only a third of Britons achieve the minimum recommended amount of exercise, while recent BHF statistics show that someone dies every 15 minutes as a direct result of physical inactivity.

The TV spot, created by Farm, is supported by an interactive website, a podcast and a free motivational text message service.
