This US-only TV spot was created by Los Angeles-based advertising agency, Mullen, for the Highmark Foundation, a community health charity.

The charity was set up to promote "healthy behaviours in children and adolescents" between the ages of 6 to 18 years. This TV spot is part of a campaign to address bullying at school.

The ad uses a punching bag to illustrate the lifelong reverberations caused by mental and physical bullying.
