O2 Germany has launched a campaign highlighting the fact that it has ditched robotic voice response technology at its helpline, in favour of well-trained human advisors.

The TV spot, created by VCCP Berlin, shows the redundant telephone robots enjoying their retirement in a variety of locations from lounging poolside to enjoying fresh mountain air.
