Media: Posters earn pounds 1m

Safeway has announced that advertising revenue from its six-sheet poster sites has reached pounds 1m since their launch in May. Advertisers which have used the medium include Coca-Cola, Anchor Butter, Typhoo Tea, Pedigree and Camelot. The 1000 sites are managed and marketed by contractor Maiden Outdoor.
