Media: Piccadilly fined

The Radio Authority is to fine Piccadilly Radio 1152 (Greater Manchester) pounds 10,000 for breaches of the Broadcasting Act 1990 and the Authority’s programme code. Offensive language by a presenter and comments made about joyriders were ruled to have breached the code.
