Drench 'pheasant rodeo' by CHI and Partners

CHI & Partners has created the follow-up ad to its award-winning "Brains" spot for Drench.

Instead of a dancing puppet, this ad sees a man attempting to rodeo-ride a pheasant in a bid to show how the drink helps you stay on top of your game.

Corn Flake - 18 May 2009

This smacks of the client asking for 'another brains' - the strategy feels forced, and a bucking pheasant just isn't as funny as a dancing puppet... end of.

Barack Obama - 18 May 2009

This has removed all the best elements of the original - and unlike Brains, the cgi is not very good. Its like the advertising equivalent of the Phantom Menace.

Not many adders can follow up a nice idea with another nice one.

Lordi followed up his Eurovision
