What’s your biggest hope for the decade ahead?That my kids and I are happy.
And what’s top of your professional to-do list for the 2020s?To have a happy workforce that keeps current clients happy (and makes new ones happy, too).
You have to job swap with someone in our industry for one month. Who would it be with and why?Any of my clients, so I can better understand the pressures they are under.
Who is your best friend in the industry and why?Oooh. Zoe Bale or Sannah Rogers.
What do you think the Friday feeling is?Jogging and cleaning the house: it's my day off.
Who or what would you put into room 101 and why?Nothing: I like to hate things, it keeps me sane.
If you could uninvent one piece of technology, what would you choose and why?Toss-up between paperless invites and keyless car fobs (my poor car was finally found a month later, with new plates, having been used for "extensive criminal activity").
In the spirit of embracing failure… What has been your biggest screw-up?Not buying a house in the right catchment area. What a plonker.
What do you do to stay match fit?I run around and around my road and the next road: five laps, pretty much every day.
