email@example.comBye-bye the decade with no name. What are you relieved to draw a line under?
It’s been a mental year of change in our industry. It feels like we are ready to stop reflecting on what once was and get on to define our future. Oh, and Brexit for sure. What’s your biggest hope for the decade ahead?
I hope we wake up to the climate crisis in enough time for my children to enjoy the planet in the same way we have. Everything else somewhat pales into insignificance. And what’s top of your professional to-do list for the 2020s?
Above all I want to become a better coach. Not just when it’s easy, but when it really counts. Coaching people to do amazing work under extreme stress is a real challenge for me but I’m determined to make it happen. You have to job swap with someone in our industry for one month. Who would it be with and why?
It would have to be James Murphy. I’d love to know how it feels starting out all over again with so much energy behind you.Who is your best friend in the industry and why?
MT Rainey. Having been my mentor and chair for nearly a decade, she’s still the first person I call when I need challenge, brainpower and support. What do you think the Friday feeling is?
A real problem for me.Who or what would you put into room 101 and why?
Undisclosed. If you could uninvent one piece of technology, what would you choose and why?
Undisclosed. In the spirit of embracing failure… What has been your biggest screw-up?
Undisclosed. What do you do to stay match fit?
I love Peloton. There’s something about getting shouted at by an angry sweaty American every morning that gets me ready for the day ahead. What would be your darts walk-on music and why?
