365 acquires France's leading soccer website

The acquisition is the first for 365, which produces the 365 stable of internet titles Football365, Music365 and CricInfo365, and is part of a strategy to grow the company to become one of Europe's leading independent digital publishers.

Csports Communication is an internet publishing company and sports press agency located in Paris and in Montpellier. Its website, C-FOOT, located at www.cfoot.com, carries constantly updated coverage of international football news, match analysis, interviews and economic reports.

It also has live coverage of several domestic European championships as well as results, tables and statistics of all competitions in real time.

As part of the deal 365 also acquires Csports Communication's sister web development company, Electron Libre, which specialises in internet/intranet services including the development of the C-foot website.
