Green will be responsible for developing the agency's TV work in new areas such as branded content and broadcast sponsorship. She will also work with the creative director, Richard Flintham, and the managing director, Karina Wilsher, to encourage greater collaboration between the agency's producers.
Green worked at 4Creative between 2001 and 2005. During the past two years, she worked as a consultant at Fallon and Red Bee Media. She spent the previous year travelling around South America.
She has also been the managing director of Channel 4's studio and post-production business, 124 Facilitie, and head of creative services at Channel 4 Television.
