- The integrated design and brand agency, 4i, is set to merge with marketing and technology firm S-Corp to form an integrated marketing and ecommerce specialist.
The merger builds on an existing relationship between the two companies. The new company, which will retain the 4i name, is to be headed by Stephen Izatt as managing director.
As well as offering a business planning and marketing strategy, the company is set to concentrate on creative design for digital media, backed up by systems development and research.
The combined operation will boast a client list that includes Bertelsmann, Channel 4, Greenpeace, Mercedez-Benz, MTV and Universal Studios, startle e-commerce and Virgin Radio.
According to Izatt: "A mistake made by many ecommerce ventures has been the lack of integration with the main business strategy and attention to traditional channels of market communication. Our combination of business, creative, and technology expertise enables us to guide our customers through the entire process, ultimately delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and business value."
