Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO introduces new management tier

LONDON - Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO is introducing a new layer of management by promoting Ian Pearman and George Bryant to the newly created roles of managing partners.

Farah Ramzan Golant, the AMV chief executive, created the positions with a view to revitalising the agency and creating new revenue streams.

Both Pearman, the client services director, and Bryant, the planning director, will leave their departments and take up roles running the agency, as well as handling senior-level clients, running pitches, creating new business and finding new talent.

They will also work closely with Paul Brazier, the agency's executive creative director, who was promoted to the role in April this year.

Ramzan Golant said: "They are an amazing duo who will bring a wealth of talent, experience and energy to the role and find new ways for the agency to grow."
