The line up for The Marketing Society’s annual conference, taking
place at Grosvenor House on November 19, includes retail chief
executives Sir Geoffrey Mulcahy of Kingfisher and Colin Smith from
Other key speakers are George Bull, chairman of Grand Metropolitan, and
John Dale, managing director of Pedigree Petfoods. Martin Sorrell, head
of WPP Group, will also be speaking. The conference theme, ’Marketing -
Art or Science’, will be introduced by Peter Doyle, professor of
marketing and strategic management at Warwick University.
