Good office? The WestWorld building in London W5 is affectionately known

as the ’mother ship’. It’s a modern construction that offers ’fabulous

views of the hanging gardens of North Acton and lush parklands of

Ealing’.



TSMS also has 12 regional offices including ones in Southampton,

Edinburgh and Dublin.



What’s it like? ’Passionate about TV, passionate about our stations and,

erm, passionate. The fact that ITV has the top 1,000 programmes means an

evangelical belief in the product comes easily.’



What about perks? According to Jon Smale, TSMS account manager and a man

keen to get ahead, ’the real perk of the job is working with great

people, especially the management.’ Funny that, it’s exactly the same at

my company.



Is it good at training? In addition to employing four full-time

specialist training consultants, ’TSMS picks the very best of external

courses’.



These cover areas such as sales, IT systems, administration and

negotiation.

How does it recruit? ’We advertise everywhere, from the local gazette to

The Guardian to the trade press. We also use headhunters and accept
