The sales folk of Haymarket’s glossy gadget magazine have no end of

stuff to play with. There’s a frisbee that lights up your name as it

gathers speed, a tennis racket, designed for Norman No-mates, which lets

you play on your own, and giant water pistols called Super Soakers.

Coles’ favourite, however, is a pair of Motorola walkie-talkies. ’One of

us goes to the other side of the office and we pretend to be a taxi

company.’
