We all dream of relaxing at home in our fluffy bathrobes, munching

chocolate digestives while getting some work done. And technology should

make it possible - if our bosses would only wake up to the 21st

century.



TSMSi’s Peter Wilson has done just that, introducing ’working at home’

days for his staff. ’With laptops, mobile phones and e-mail, there’s no

reason why it shouldn’t work,’ he points out.



Staff can work from home once a month as long as it’s not a Monday, when

there’s a group meeting, or a Friday, when things get hectic. To make

sure they don’t watch Neighbours, each person is given tasks to complete

during their working day. Open the choccy biccies.
