scene.



’Perk life doesn’t get any better than the Emerald Coast of Sardinia,’

she sighs. Mendonca was one of 20 media folk flown to the Italian isle

for five decadent days, courtesy of JC Decaux.



’We were put up in a five-star hotel, with no conference catch. We just

feasted like royalty on the best souffles I have ever tasted and partied

the night away. My boss has a photograph of me leading a conga around

the hotel with the super rich looking on.’
