"All Cracked Up" by Wonderhood Studios

Wonderhood Studios pays tribute to the creative process in a darkly comic short film about a man who writes Christmas cracker jokes.

The pressure mounts as he searches for inspiration and battles with self-doubt, but even after his work is complete it goes unappreciated.

The film stars Tim Downie from Toast of London, Upstart Crow and Paddington, and was shot by the Bafta-winning director of Chewing Gum, Simon Neal through Unit9. It was written by Adeline Dechaud and Phil Le Brun, who said: "The film is a reflection of how the creative process can feel sometimes".
