Andria Vidler to leave Bauer marketing role to head EMI Music UK

LONDON - Andria Vidler, the chief marketing officer at Bauer Media, is leaving the magazine and radio company to join music firm EMI as president of EMI Music UK and Ireland.

Vidler will take up the role in the summer and will report to David Kassler, the president of EMI Music Europe.

She is a former managing director of Capital Radio and Magic 105.4 and currently oversees marketing for Bauer’s 53 consumer magazines and 42 radio stations.

Kassler said: Andria has managed and transformed some of the UK’s most influential media brands, with her excellent management and consumer marketing skills I believe she will be a great asset to EMI and to our artists.
