Anya Hindmarch creates concept store for first candles range

Anya Hindmarch, the luxury handbag designer, is setting up a concept store to launch her first range of candles.

The Anya Smells store on Sloane Street in London will feature a collection of three products that "evoke happy memories" – sun lotion, baby powder and coffee.

The store features a large nose and a train set emerging from one nostril, goes around the store and then enters the other nostril, similar to the online film promoting the candles. It has been created by Anyways.

Each fragrance has been created by perfumer Lyn Harris. The Sun Lotion candle is described as a "fresh floral scent" that is inspired by family holidays in the sun. Baby Powder is a "soft oriental scent" and Coffee has "dark woody" notes.
