Audi's first-ever Christmas campaign was shot on a frozen lake in northern Scandinavia to capture the power, speed and elegance of the R8 vehicle.
The car traverses over a pristine snow field on a clear winter day to demonstrate its ability to perform in all weather. The spot is set to a reinterpretation of classic festive tune Sleigh Ride and ends with the tagline, "The Audi R8 with snow mode. Yes, it really does have a snow mode." It is the third in a series of R8 campaigns, following "Spin" and "Rolling road". The work was created by Vinny Olimpio and Mark Jenkinson at BBH London and directed by Mark Jenkinson through Carnage.
