The B|Com3 group has merged the PR arm of its Leo Burnett network into its standalone PR unit, Manning Selvege & Lee.
Operations in Chicago and Milan will be merged with existing MS&L offices, while units in 11 other markets will become part of its global network. All will operate under the MS&L global banner.
Leo Burnett's PR division accounted about $15m in income for the agency and had clients such as Coca-Cola. MS&L earns around $100m from clients which also include Coke, as well as Procter & Gamble, Nestlé, Nike and Philips.
