Banc promotes new creative directors to improve standards

Banc is ramping up its creative credentials in a bid to improve the quality of its product, with the promotion of its most senior creative team to joint creative directors.

The creative directorship of the agency has been vacant since the departure of Peter Harold last year, who left to go freelance. Remco Graham and Stuart Farqhuar, who will now share the title, joined the agency last year from HHCL & Partners.

Banc's chairman, Robert Bean, said: "The basis of the company has been brand development, and we feel that this needs to be communicated with vigour and passion."

Graham said: "After experience working on big accounts at WCRS and HHCL, this is a natural progression for us. It's a fantastic opportunity to shape an enthusiastic and talented creative department, as well as play an important role in raising the profile of the agency."
