- True North has consolidated its position with the Bank of America adding the $90 million (£55 million) US media business to the creative account its Bozell Worldwide subsidiary won in December.

True North's media buying unit, TN Media, won the business following a two way competitive pitch against Carat.

The Bank of America was created out of last year's merger of BankAmerica and NationsBank. TN Media was the incumbent for NationsBank while BankAmerica was handled by GSD&M, Austin, Texas, which did not repitch for the account.

In December, the Bank of America awarded its creative account to Bozell Temerlin McClain, based Irving, Texas, following a competitive pitch.
