Tom Hudson, the creative director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty, has been
fired from the agency amid rumours of a bust-up with the creative
director John O'Keeffe.
'Tom didn't quite hit it off internally with people, but he's a very
bright guy and I know he'll be a great success,' O'Keeffe said.
Hudson, a former creative director at Leagas Delaney, has accepted a
short-term contract with Lowe Lintas that started on Monday. He was
unavailable for comment as Campaign went to press.
Hudson is joining another former Leagas Delaney creative director, Steve
Paskin, who is also on a short-term contract but is in talks with a

It is understood that the pair has been asked to work on a one-off
project - but Chris Thomas, Lowe's chief executive, confirmed that the
agency was considering hiring Hudson on a permanent basis. 'He's seeing
if he likes us and we're seeing if we like him,' Thomas admitted.
Hudson returned to BBH in August last year, having joined the agency to
take creative charge of its pounds 17.5 million Audi business. He first
joined BBH 15 years ago as a School of Communications Arts student and
stayed for seven years.
