BDH TBWA has created 15 straight-talking TV commercials to
communicate the benefits of being a Norweb Energis customer.
The commercials, which break this week and will run between now and the
end of the year, each convey a single benefit of using Norweb.
The idea is to supply consumers with a simple message about a

The bottom half of the screen is yellow and on this half a man appears
and talks about the services Norweb offers. The top half of the screen
is blue and here simple copy conveys essential information - such as
customer care phone numbers - which is relevant to what the man
underneath is saying.
Value for money is a consistent theme throughout the 15 30-second
But other features promoted in the ads include Norweb’s friendly
customer services, its energy saving guide and its two-for-one
The campaign, which will also include press, poster and radio ads, was
written by Jeremy Clark and art directed by Ken Davies. It was directed
by Rory Rooney through Onward Films. Media planning and buying were also
handled by BDH TBWA.
