Thomas, speaking to Marketing at Arc’s FutureShop event at The Vinyl Factory, London this week, said that innovative retail technology ‘is here today’ rather than being part of the distant future.

He said: "Most of it has, at the heart, some common factors like omni-channel shopping. So, being able to have a seamless customer journey connecting back to data and then ideas at point of sale."
