Berocca rolls out 'music boost' digital campaign

Pharmaceuticals giant Bayer is launching its first digital campaign for vitamin supplement brand Berocca Boost.

The campaign, by JWT London, will promote the brand's Berocca Boost variant, which contains the natural stimulant guarana, targeting it at consumers seeking an alternative to energy drinks.

The Facebook app compares taking Berocca Boost to listening to an upbeat music track. Users of Facebook and music website Spotify can send their friends "music boost", delivered by an animated ninja character, and in doing so enter a competition to win two tickets to the Rio Carnival.

Consumers can also vote for songs they think should make it on to the "Berocca Boost Ultimate Playlist".
