Survilla joins as head of experiential, bringing with him 14 years of agency experience across experiential marketing.
He was previously managing director of staffing agency Kreate and a director at Cultivate Media.
Survilla will be in charge of expanding the experiential business within The Big Kick whilst identifying the next generation of new technologies.
Meanwhile, Ollie Williams joins as account director. He has experience in offline campaigns, global launch events and creative strategy for clients such as Coca-Cola, Moet Hennessy, British Airways and Virgin.
He was previously account director of partnerships at Future Cinema, and a senior account manager at Kreate.
The pair will be working across clients such as Stella Artois, Heinz and Pepsi Co as part of the 40-strong agency.
