Bombay Sapphire "imagination distilled" by Gravity Road

The Bacardi gin brand Bombay Sapphire has launched a global advertising campaign. Gravity Road created the print and outdoor work, which was launched on London Underground digital panels in the UK this week and will be rolled out globally in countries including Spain and the US. The ads feature an "imagination machine", which is shaped like a Martini glass and incorporates a complex mechanism that borrows imagery from India’s past. As part of the outdoor work, Gravity Road has also created an animated version of the imagination machine, which works to pour a single drop of gin into a Bombay Sapphire bottle. The activity was created by Shrutiaditya Veeramachineni and directed by the design team Nextdoor at Nexus, with creative direction from Smith & Foulkes at Nexus.
