Taking place in London from the 17 October for one week at The Old Bike Shed, the experience will take visitors on an immersive tasting tour around the world to experience a fusion of art, cultures and flavour, inspired by the ten vapour-infused botanicals of Bombay Sapphire.

During the journey, guests will sample a selection of unique Bombay Sapphire cocktails aimed at tantalising their tastebuds, designed by master mixologist Geoff Robinson, alongside a range of dishes that will confuse and delight the senses, created by The Robin Collective, specialists in experimental and imaginative food science.

The experience will also feature 'intriguing stories and stunning performances' to trigger the imagination. The journey will end with a Bombay Sapphire Ultimate Serve Gin and Tonic, to savour at the Laverstoke Bar.

The experience will also be rolled out internationally, to cities including Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid and Amsterdam.

Bombay Sapphire hosted a VR experience at Heathrow Airport last month and this week, it has teamed up with bar Cahoots to create a vintage train pop-up bar for guests at London Cocktail Week.
