1. Damon Collins
Damon Collins, the creative director of Lowe, is the son of Ron Collins, better known as the "C" in WCRS. Although they're both among the leading creatives of their peer group, Collins junior is said not to have inherited his father's famously abrasive management style. Phew.
2. Peter Crouch
The beanpole striker may look familiar. That's because Soul's Bruce Crouch is his dad. Peter had spells with Spurs, Queens Park Rangers and Portsmouth before being bought by Graham Taylor for a princely £5 million to play for Aston Villa.
3. The Delaney clan
There are the famous eight siblings including Greg, Tim, Paul and Barry. Barry's four offspring, all male, are also making strides in media. There's Theo, directing through Hotspur & Argyle, Sam, a journalist with five, Dominic, the managing director of @radical.media, and Caspar at The Paul Weiland Film Company.
4. Simon Blackburn
Anyone noticed how the radio buying through Media Planning Group has a little extra edge? That's because Simon Blackburn, one of the buying team, has lived and breathed radio since birth. In case you haven't guessed yet, his dad is Tony Blackburn.
5. Elliot Hegarty
Son of the Bartle Bogle Hegarty founder John Hegarty, Elliot is a young director showing future promise. Work for Club 18-30 secured a bronze Lion in Cannes and he's also written and directed ten short films, as well as a feature film about life in a Kilburn pub. He was signed by Infinity Productions earlier this year.
6. Larry Barker
Ronnie Barker, along with his partner Ronnie Corbett, secured a permanent place in the evolution of the British sense of humour with their programme The Two Ronnies. Barker's son, Larry, inherited his father's sense of humour and became one of London's leading creative talents, latterly as the creative director of BMP DDB.
7. Nathan Bogle
Son of Nigel, Nathan is a successful model with campaigns for Gap and Calvin Klein under his belt. And, as if that wasn't enough, he also has a US jeans label on the side. But don't tell Levi's.
8. Grant Duncan
Publicis' joint chief executive has advertising success in his blood. His father, Stuart Duncan, was the chairman of Crawfords, the agency that was eventually folded into Bates.
9. Chris Thomas
The chairman of Proximity was trained for greatness from birth. His father, Tim Thomas, was the chairman of KMP, the agency that once set the standard for British advertising. KMP was the impetus behind the growth of the media independent in creating The Media Department. The agency floated unsuccessfully and then became part of the Saatchi group, which changed its name.
10. Tony Barry
Tony Barry, now a senior creative at Clemmow Hornby Inge, is the son of the highly regarded planner Beth Barry. While Tony is the moody silent type, his mother has a big bubbly personality.
