Boots "Summer" by Ogilvy UK

Boots champions body confidence, following a survey that found 76% of UK women have avoided summer activities because they felt self-conscious about their appearance.

A TV spot indirectly mocks the infamous Protein World campaign, showing a pair of friends who head off on holiday while ignoring a body-shaming ad that asks "Are you summer ready?" A voiceover, set to the tune of Diana Ross’ Im Coming Out, delivers an ode to feeling good and rejecting self-consciousness. The work was created by Mark Harrison and Liam Butler, and directed by David Wilson through Riff Raff.
