Joe Boyd, the new-business director at Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, is
leaving the agency to join DMB&B as head of client services.
Boyd replaces Marjorie Pinsley, who becomes deputy managing
At DMB&B, Boyd will oversee major clients as well as run the account
management department. He said: ’The management team there is very
ambitious and my job is to ensure that DMB&B has the best account
management department in London.’
Barry Cook, the managing director at DMB&B, said: ’We were looking for a
senior player who would stand as a good role model for the

someone with a fresh perspective. Joe has worked at agencies that think
in a way we respect.’
Boyd will be part of the six-strong management board, which also
includes Cook, Pinsley, Max Burt, the planning director, Nick Hastings,
the creative director, Nigel Marsh, the marketing director and Scott van
de Helder, the finance director.
Boyd joined Euro RSCG from Bartle Bogle Hegarty, where he worked on
accounts including Whitbread, Audi, Spillers and Allied Dunbar. He began
his career as an account executive at BMP DDB where he worked on the
Sony, Courage and Royal Bank of Scotland accounts. He has also worked at
BDDP in Paris (where he met Brett Gosper, now Euro RSCG’s chief
executive) and briefly at KHBB.
