- Brann Worldwide has reshuffled its senior management team, with Dennis Eastham, the president and chief operating officer, succeeding Chris Gater as chief executive.

Gater, who has been with Brann for 20 years and led the £8 million management buy-out from the ACT Group in 1994, will move up to take on the role of chairman.

Eastham came to Brann through its parent group, Snyder's acquisition of Blau, of which he was president, in 1998.

He said: "IN a world where customers are in control, we believe our job will increasingly be to help buyers buy, instead of simply helping sellers sell. And Brann has the people the business model and the vision to be a uniquely valuable resource for our clients. I'm honoured to head the company that will lead such a shift in mindset in this new world."
