arrangements after parting company with below-the-line agency KLP.



The split comes just seven months after KLP helped launch a loyalty

programme, The Flying Club. The scheme offers Upper Class airport

service to its most loyal customers, even if they were flying economy,

and is targeted at the top strata of Virgin’s existing loyalty

programme, Freeway.
