Brixton Finishing School "Raw talent wanted" by Brave

These eye-catching ads for the Brixton Finishing School take the traditional qualities highlighted in typical recruitment campaigns and distil them into what the school is really after: raw hunger and potential.

Created pro bono by Brave, the campaign celebrates the importance of inexperienced and creative young people with a hunger to succeed, breaking through misconceptions that academic background and work experience are a barrier to entry within advertising. The ads feature graduates from the 2018 school and were shot by photographer Jess Doolan. Brixton Finishing School is a 12-week digital accelerator programme that provides skills and real-world advertising experiences to young people from underrepresented groups, with the goal of encouraging more diversity in the industry.
