The search is being handled by COI, which has already begun approaching agencies. The successful agency will produce a business-to-business direct marketing campaign to drive employers to a new website.
The site, which has yet to be built, will contain information including details of equal opportunity rights, information on pensions, recruitment procedures, maternity leave and health and safety.
Small businesses that do not have internal human resources departments will be the main target. The site will be positioned as a reliable alternative for businesses that would otherwise need to seek more- costly advice from accountants and employment lawyers.
